Hydraulic servo pump system
Based on an analysis of the production cycle, we currently manufacture the most energy-efficient hydraulic installations on the market.
These are Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) powered by a servo pump system.
During the production process, these hydraulic systems regulate the required power of the press and recover, when possible, part of the energy consumed.
This allows you to reduce your energy consumption by more than 91%.
We can also design the HPUs so that there are no peaks in electrical consumption, only the average power usage.
